CAST IRON PIPE REPLACEMENT

Cast iron replacement is the process of inspection, investigation, analysis, preparation of plans and specifications, and management and oversight of the entire process from start through completion.

MAIN BUILDING COMPONENTS AFFECTED:

Drain, waste, and vent (DWV) piping runs underground and through parking garages, in walls, through floors, ceilings, and roofs. There may be hazardous materials that are disturbed such as lead paint and asbestos. Toilets need to be removed, vanities need to be removed, tub and shower walls need to be accessed. The work is very intrusive.
